I went for some retail therapy today at Old Navy. I bought some shirts there from the women's section. I was impressed with their fitting room customer service. She wrote my name on the door, and asked me to let her know if I wanted a different size or style.
It's been a while since I tried anything on at Old Navy. Good on them.
Anyway, so I get home, and get changed. I am walking from my bedroom to the bathroom without a shirt on. And I catch my reflection in the mirror. I couldn't get over my chest. The bones...
Bones are new to people that are overweight.
I took a picture. Actually, I took a few.

It really amazes me - this whole weightloss thing.
